Neuland’s state-of-the-art R&D Centre is located at Bonthapally, approximately 40km from Hyderabad. We have a dedicated team of 360 scientists working to bring complex molecules with efficient processes to market; develop non-infringing processes; develop cost-effective routes; reduce impurities levels by better process understanding; reduce effluent generation. Our R&D Centre, along with a Pilot Plant and Kilo Lab, has proven its capabilities in carrying out a wide range of reactions.

Unit I Bonthapally
Our manufacturing Unit I is situated at Bonthapally village in Medak District, which is approximately 65 kilometers from Hyderabad airport. It is developed on a total area of 11.2 acres and has seven production blocks including the Kilo Labs and other supporting departments such as quality assurance and quality control (QA & QC) and regulatory affairs (RA).

Unit II Pashamylaram
Our manufactuing Unit II is situated at Pashamylaram and is about 45 kilometers from Hyderabad airport. The facilities are built over a total area of 36,800m2 and consist of three main production blocks, an engineering workshop and four warehouses.

Unit III Gaddapotharam
Our Manufacturing Unit III is a multi-product facility and has five production blocks for advance intermediate and API manufacturing. It also has capabilities for on-site development, analytical method development, quality control laboratory and a pilot plant. Unit III is designed to offer the much-needed flexibility to Neuland’s operations in the near term and more importantly to meet the growth aspirations of the company.

Neuland's multi-product, multi-modular peptide facility has commenced construction, and the foundation slab is now complete. Designed to support both early-stage and commercial-scale production, the facility will offer advanced capabilities for solid-phase and hybrid peptide manufacturing.
The site will feature multiple production streams, with automation through DCS and infrastructure built to meet stringent containment and quality standards. It will also house supporting utilities, solvent management systems, and analytical capabilities to ensure robust process control and compliance.
This facility marks a strategic expansion of Neuland’s peptide operations, aimed at meeting growing global demand and enabling flexible, scalable manufacturing for our customers
