Synthetic R&D

We have 11 development labs with 60 fume hoods to synthesize the molecules from mg quantity to gm scale.

Pilot Plant Capabilities

  • Reaction capability: 70°C to 150°C
  • 7x SS 316 reactors: capacity ranging from 250 to 1,600 litres
  • 12x Glass-lined reactors: capacity ranging from 100 to 1,000 litres
  • 1x SS hydrogenator: capacity of 1,000 litres with pressure range ~5 kg/cm2
  • 8x Centrifuges: capacity ranging from 12 to 36 inches in diameter
