Neuland is proud to be a responsible corporate citizen. As a business we assume responsibility for the effect our business has on wider society as well as focusing on enhancing shareholder value. Our policy on corporate responsibility has to make us a positive contributor to society. This ethos makes us revisit our facilities and all standards we set, work practices and requirements from a wider social perspective regularly.
Our activites have emerged in response to both the needs expressed by the local community and the panel within the company that deploys resource for such needs. The emphasis of our policy is in education, health, capacity building and trying to monitor the affect we have on real people and monitoring the effect.
Neuland’s contribution includes providing funds for creating infrastructure and facilities for nearby schools, providing funds towards teacher’s salaries, enabling drinking water supply by constructing water tanks to supply the clean drinking water needs of a nearby village.
