The top management team which shoulders the leadership mantle at strategic as well as technological levels in Neuland is from geographically diverse parts of the country and strongly believes in mentoring talent. We have been open towards embracing relevant talent from other sectors (Non-pharmaceutical) at all levels, in order to incorporate more robust practices.
Communication :
Quarterly In-house newsletters that is brought out in English as well as the local language, Telugu. Email communication and a strong IT network ensures online communication and data-sharing easy. Monthly reviews of all key departments as well as on cross-functional issues facilitate quick closure of issues. A Feedback mechanism for the Top team on key behaviors exhibited at the workplace ensures data and food for improvement.
Participatory Schemes :
In order to tap and recognize the talent within, we conduct numerous Suggestion Schemes, Poster and Slogan competitions, Essay competitions, on issues such as Safety, Environment and Health as well as Quiz competitions on general knowledge.
Work and Play together : “The team that plays together stays together” is the adage based on which every year an Annual competition is held which allows the employees from various locations to compete with one another in various categories such as Cricket, Athletics, Chess etc. Competitions for children of employees are conducted at regular intervals. |
