At Neuland, we have grown to a committed workforce of over 950 employees pursuing a shared vision of excellence and teamwork across different functions and locations.

Our employees come from diverse backgrounds but have their roots in research & development, manufacturing, quality, sales, business development, supply chain, engineering, finance and human resources.

Best-in-class processes: In order to stay on top of the competition, and to be in touch with the latest in the industry, we have been incorporating at regular intervals globally accepted practices such as QMS, SAP,CAPA,ISO-14001, ISO-18001, ISO-27001: 2005.

Our manufacturing facilities have been inspected successfully by regulatory bodies such as EDQM, US FDA, PMDA and others and have been found compliant.

Training and Development: At Neuland, we believe in the immense role that training and development can play in building a stronger, more effective organization. Programmes are conducted on-site at our modern training facilities as well as employees are sent to attend off-site programmes. Development opportunities are not restricted to just training inputs. Other avenues such as job rotation as well as participation in seminars, conferences and exhibitions are actively encouraged.

Work and Play together: The team that plays together stays together. There are periodic interactions of employees and their families on the cricket pitches, athletic tracks, badminton courts and cultural meets.
